Every person purchasing one of our passes from 1st June 2008 is automatically entered into the draw to win a 6 night Bed & Breakfast break at The Badger Inn, Lelant, Cornwall in September 2008.

1. This prize draw is open to any nationality subject to the required immigration requirements as set down by UK Government only aged 18 years or over, except employees of Cornwall Tourist Pass Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entry to this prize draw is via purchasing a Tourist Pass, Residents Summer or Residents Winter Pass and is restricted to one entry per person per purchase. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county will be published in on www.cornwalltouristpass.com/win on Sunday, August 31, 2008.

4. The start date of this draw is 00:01 on Sunday, June 1, 2008.

5. All entries must be received by midnight on Saturday, August 30, 2008.

6. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the closing date of the prize draw.

7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.

8. One entrant will win a six night stay for two in The Badger Inn, Lelant, Cornwall staying in a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis. The prize does not include travel, insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental costs other than those mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip.

9. The prize must be taken between September 1, 2008 and September 30, 2008.

10. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are non transferable. There are no cash alternatives.

11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

12. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
