Passs purchased online are non-transferable and non-refundable and are for use on consecutive calendar days, consecutive 24 hour periods, or other specified periods of time.
Opening times of locations fluctuate from time to time and users of information on this website are advised to check with the location concerned prior to visiting in order to ascertain the current position.
The opinions expressed on this website are no more than fair comment of the authors and are not the opinions of the Publishers.
All Locations and services listed on this website are contractually bound with us to offer discounted or free (where applicable) entry to the Pass holder, as well as other genuine offers and discounts where applicable. We have taken all reasonable care to ensure that only properly run and reputable locations of good standing are within the Pass scheme. That said we shall not be liable for any deficiencies in service, quality of merchandise or health and safety concerning any particular location.
Complaints or claims for redress must be made directly to the location concerned unless the complaint or claim is the result of the location failing to provide the Pass holder with the benefit agreed to between us and the location.
We shall not be responsible if any location, contrary to the terms of its Contract with them, unlawfully and with no good cause, refuses admission (either discounted or free) or other genuine offers and discounts where applicable. We will however use reasonable endeavours (where such refusal is unreasonable and/or in breach of Contract) to facilitate admission or other genuine offers and discounts to the Pass holder by the location concerned; however, if we should fail in our attempts, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience suffered, in whole or in part.
Whilst we have used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate, we shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or other inconvenience caused, in whole or in part, by reliance upon such information. The user of the information does so at his or her own risk.
The Pass may only be used by the purchaser. It is non-transferable and non-refundable. No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen Passs unless a police report is provided to us.
Please note that the Cornwall Tourist Pass Pass is valid for 7 or 14 consecutive days only, and expires on the date stated on the reverse of the Pass.
Holders of the Pass recognise and accept that they visit any location voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.
We are not in any way responsible for the conditions of the locations or venues or third party acts or omissions at any location, venue, or service.
