All are hand crafted in small batches (usually 20-25 jars) at Berrio Mill with as many Cornish ingredients as possible. They also run a local cooperative with their neighbours, who may have a glut of strawberries, blackcurrants, apples, pears, marrows, tomatoes, etc. So a couple of boxes of apples could be exchanged for a jar of Tarragon Mustard or Apple Mint Jelly.
