How much does the Pass cost? All the passes are valid for up to five persons including the Pass holder. The Tourist Pass is sold for £10 and is valid for 14 days or £7 for 7 days. There is also a Cornwall Resident Pass. The Cornwall Resident Pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be bought for £20. The Passes can be purchased by anyone over the age of 16.

Where can I buy the Pass? The Pass is available for purchase through our web site and from one of our outlets. With time we hope to widen our distribution network to suitable outlets in the UK and worldwide. The Resident Pass is only available for purchase through our web site.

When will the Pass be delivered? If purchased through an outlet during your stay in Cornwall, it will be given to you immediately. Otherwise, the Pass will be posted by 2nd Class either on the day the payment is cleared or at the very latest the following day. Royal Mail International Recorded delivery is used for dispatching to locations outside of Great Britain, a delivery of between 5-14 days can be expected dependent on delivery address. How much is delivery? Delivery is free of charge.

What do you get with Pass? You receive the Pass and a guide to the locations taking part in this programme. These are also available to view and download from this web site in PDF format prior to your departure.

Can I use the Pass at the same location more than once? Yes. It’s rather extreme but you could visit the same location every day during the validity of your pass and receive the same benefit every visit, subject to the benefit terms and conditions.

Can I use the Pass in conjunction with other offers? Maybe! Most companies will not permit you to take advantage of two discounted entry offers for the same person or party. You should check with the location you intend to visit.

Can I take advantage of new benefits which become available after I have purchased the Pass? Yes. You can therefore take advantage of any new benefits added to the programme throughout your Pass's validity period. Keep checking the website for updates or download the latest listing in PDF here.

How many locations would I have to visit to make the Pass pay for itself? To give you an example, if you visit one of the major attractions during peak season as a family of four (2 adults & 2 children) you will find the Pass has more than paid for itself.

Is the Pass valid for several days in a row? Yes. The Pass is valid for consecutive days up to the expiry date shown on the Pass. All the passes are valid for up to five persons including the Pass holder

What are the limitations regarding children? The only limitations are those imposed by the locations themselves. For example, a child cannot take advantage of a discount where paying for a meal which includes alcohol or where height or other such age restrictions apply.
